The Directors and Senior staff have over 50 years direct experience in Commercial & Rural lending and mortgage securities including involvement in the first mortgage securitisation issue in Australia.
Our products and procedures have been developed incorporating feedback received from our Introducers. Our loan business is sourced solely from our Introducers and we do not advertise or seek business in direct competition to them.
We have developed Commercial and Rural mortgage management systems and credit assessment procedures that allow us to provide realistic credit decisions and quick loan settlements.
